Amy Cryser

I am an Employee Benefits Account Manager with HYI. While I’ve only been here since June of 2023, I thoroughly enjoy being a member of this team! 

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I currently manage a block of large accounts. I am responsible for all day-to-day facilitation of benefits and implementation of renewal updates and new lines of coverage. My goal is to maximize employee benefits packages while helping to minimize risk. In previous roles, I have been recognized as Account Manager of the Year because customer service and advocacy for members is what fuels my fire. I believe everyone should have help with navigating the complex waters of employee benefits.  

I’ve lived in PA since 2019. Since I was born and raised in Baltimore, in my free time you’ll find me cheering on the Ravens/Orioles and cruising the beautiful back roads on my motorcycle. I promise, not simultaneously 😊.
