Heather Lapi

Hi there! I’m Heather Lapi and I am the Marketing/Project Manager at Harding-Yost Insurance. I’ve been with the company since 2014 and have worn a few different “hats” during my time here. As we’ve grown, my responsibilities have become focused on marketing and communications. Some of my responsibilities include creating content for our website and social media, and developing/promoting our brand. I enjoy relationships with outside vendors and serving as the liaison between them and the fantastic individuals who comprise our team. I also have an interest in interior design and headed up the relocation from our old office on Main Street, Denver to our current building. Overseeing the construction and design of this new space that HYI now calls home was very rewarding. I am proud that we undertook a huge project of revitalizing an old, vacant, factory building to create a pleasantly aesthetic workspace for our employees to enjoy today.

My previous experience includes selling and managing large accounts for a marketing services company and being a business development manager at an advertising agency.

Outside of work, my happy place is being outside. You can find me taking hikes with our golden retriever – Rokë, paddle boarding, canoeing/kayaking, skiing, camping and taking yoga classes. I love adventure travel – exploring new places and enjoying new experiences. Joe and I have two daughters, Rowan and Kira. Even though they are now out of the house, we still enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. You can find us traveling to Penn State college soccer games and traveling to the west coast to visit our daughter at the University of Oregon.
