Jennifer Schmidt

I am a Senior Benefits Account Manager here at Harding-Yost Insurance and have over 30 years of experience in the group insurance market. I moved to Lancaster after meeting my husband and started at HYI in 2005. Currently I mostly manage our consortium groups. I enjoy finding long-term premium solutions for employers as well as aiding in the navigation of the sometimes, complex carrier situations we from time to time find ourselves in.

I love the outdoors – particularly the early mornings, spending time with family and friends, day trips, the beach, hiking, cooking (although baking isn’t my thing), I’ve never been known to pass up a good fresh food market. I’m an avid on-line shopper with a particular fondness of shoes and have a self-proclaimed doctorate in google.
