I have been a part of the HYI family since 2021, working as a Personal Lines CSR. I previously worked 20+ years in customer service & hospitality which has benefited me greatly in assisting clients with their insurance needs. My favorite part of my job is building relationships with our clients and not only making sure they are properly insured but also helping them save money on their home & auto insurance. When I am not working at HYI the things I enjoy most in life are spending time with my husband and family, boating, traveling and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
