Kim Hougasian

Hi, I’m Kim Hougasian, an Employee Benefits Account Manager at Harding-Yost Insurance. I began my career in the insurance industry in 1999 with Educators Mutual Life, working in marketing before transferring to underwriting. Prior to joining HYI in 2021, I was a Client Account Manager and Associate Account Executive. 

I’m passionate about developing Employee Benefits solutions that balance an organization’s financial needs with those of its employees and enjoy working with clients to help them bring added value to their business. I want clients to feel their needs are primary and feel confident in collaborating with HYI.
